It will help you detect early issues and find solutions before they have an impact on the process. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With condition-based monitoring, internal sensors monitor activity beyond the drive, gathering data from multiple sources and generating vital, instantaneous insights. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CBM compliance system includes motor stator winding condition monitoring, overload monitoring and vibration monitoring via an external sensor: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motor Stator Winding Monitoring: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During monitoring system is capable detects, a short circuit or imbalance between the motor windings. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the windings are severely damaged, the frequency converter current protection is also activated, which in turn stops the motor. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"358\" src=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17091\" srcset=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1.png 480w, https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-1-300x224.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Load envelope: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The function learns the load curve of the application and detects whenever the load moves above or under the baseline level. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The function is useful fault detection in various applications with passive load:\u2022 Fouling, sanding, broken impeller or wear-out of pumps \u2022 Clogged filters and leakages in ventilation systems \u2022 Friction in machines <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"365\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17094\" srcset=\"https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-2.png 365w, https:\/\/napaldrives.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-2-293x300.png 293w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 365px) 100vw, 365px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vibration monitoring <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the help of external sensors, the drive can monitor the level of vibration in the motor. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vibration affects engine control and can cause engine failure.
